·        Okanagan Summer Fun
Waterslides, hiking, boating, swimming and more.

·        Fun at the Farm

During free time athletes can relax in the infrared sauna, nap or rest, use the trampoline, challenge each other to games of tether ball, frisbee golf or badminton.  They can also cool off in the above ground pool.  In the evenings campers will gather under the stars around the camp fire for an inspirational story/discussion time before they snuggle into their sleeping bags to watch large projected movies on the gym wall. 

·        Artistic Expression
Known for empowering kids with artistic and creative expression, Camille finds unique ways to teach keys to creating a captivating performance.  First athletes will work with contrast in movement and explore Laban movement qualities.  Later they will practice adding eye contact and authentic artistic expression through individual and group exercises. 

·        Breathing and Alignment
Learn simple breathing exercises and alignment principles that will bring you into the optimal physical and mental zone for training and competition.  Return home with tools that you can use to focus, calm your mind, and energize your body.  Regardless of how you feel when you arrive at the gym or no matter what obstacle you face, practice these tricks to bring yourself back into balance and to make the most of each training session/competition.  Be blown away by how easy it is to use these techniques to activate your potential today!

·        Strength and Cardio

Keeping your body balanced and strong, to safely support the extreme flexibility required by the higher levels of RG, is the key to a pain-free career and a happy/healthy post-gym life.  Working together with top personal trainers, we’ll help you identify some of your weak areas and come up with a plan to keep your body working at its best. 

·        Nutrition and Food Preparation
Learn about delicious, fun ways to enjoy nutritious foods.  Working together with certified nutritionists, learn more about the foods you are eating and about what they do for you as an athlete.  Have fun mixing different kinds of energy shakes, help make delicious meals, get excited about the power of great food.

·        Circus Arts
So many RG athletes later apply their skills to the circus arts.  Enjoy seeing what you can do on aerial hoops!  Work on juggling, clowning and acrobatics during our one-day circus celebration!

·        Video Analysis - going in depth
Each athlete will be taped doing some basic body technique, creative expression work and apparatus skills.  They will learn about what to look for in their videos and develop a set of skills that can help them self-correct.  Identifying the impact of dramatic expression and artistic flare will help every athlete develop a more personal style and creative confidence. 

·        All for One: Calling all parts of YOU
Creating your ultimate performance is much more than a physical athletic pursuit.  To be your best when it counts requires a conscious blend of body, mind, emotion and spirit.  Find ways to improve your mental training and visualization skills, develop positive ways of using your emotions to fuel you, work on your techniques and find new ways of centering your energy when it matters most. 

Our primary objective is breadth of exposure. This will provide a base from which athletes can pursue their training from a broader perspective than they have known; planting seeds that they can cultivate into winning skills for rhythmic gymnastics and beyond.
